Our Conference room, meeting room and Flex office are available to rent Monday-Friday however priority is given to our members with an annual plan. Annual Member Plans provide several benefits:

• Self service booking reservations and access
• Rent spaces by the hour at our reduced member rates
• Book use of meeting rooms by the hour instead of by the day

Non members (without an annual plan) may rent the Conference room by the day, Monday-Friday.

The standard first floor meeting room seats 4 people and the rate is $250 for an 8 hour block.
The large second floor meeting room seats 12 people and the rate is $350 for an 8 hour block.

This fee is paid at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance and must be made at least 7 days in advance. It is necessary to schedule an in person appointment with our staff before your first booking to sign a copy of the rental agreement and provide a copy of your drivers license.
